Welcome to Oh So Clean. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.ohsocleanteam.com, and the services we provide. By accessing our site or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our website or services.

Website owner and service provider

This website is owned and operated by Oh So Clean, a residential cleaning service based in Katy, Texas. Through our site, we offer visitors the ability to request, book, and pay for house cleaning services.

Who can use this website

To use this site or book a service, you must:

 

  • Be at least 18 years old, or of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts.

  • Not be prohibited from using this website under any applicable law.

Our services

Oh So Clean provides residential cleaning services, including:

 

  • Standard cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-in/move-out cleaning

  • Post-construction cleaning

  • Other specialty services as advertised

 

Services are available to customers in Houston, Katy, and surrounding Texas areas.

Bookings and payments

By booking a cleaning service on our website:

 

  • You agree to pay the full amount shown during the checkout process.

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice but will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.

  • Taxes and applicable transaction fees may apply.

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment. Details will be provided during booking.

  • Final charges may vary if the scope of the service changes.

Cancellations and rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment by contacting us at info@ohsocleanteam.com at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Refund policy

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concern or issue a partial or full refund where applicable.

Right to modify services

We reserve the right to:

 

  • Modify or discontinue any part of our website or services without notice.

  • Update service descriptions or prices at any time.

  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason, including safety concerns or policy violations.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including logos, graphics, text, and images — is the property of Oh So Clean Team and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website without written permission.

User conduct

Refund policy

At Oh So Clean Team, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide top-quality cleaning services, and we stand behind the work we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, please review our refund policy below:

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re unhappy with the quality of your clean, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will gladly send a cleaner back to address the areas of concern at no additional cost.

Refund eligibility

​

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

 

  • A re-clean was offered but declined.

  • A service was cancelled with proper notice (see Cancellation Policy below).

  • A billing error occurred on our part.

Refunds are not provided if:

 

  • We were not given access to the property at the scheduled time.

  • The client did not follow pre-appointment instructions (e.g. running water, electricity, pets secured).

  • Services were completed and no quality issue was raised within 24 hours.

Cancellations and rescheduling

​

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

 

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund of any deposits or prepayments.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice: Deposit will be forfeited.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or re-clean, please contact us at info@ohsocleanteam.com with:

 

  • Your full name and service address

  • The date of service

  • A description of the issue and any supporting photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days to resolve your concern.

​

Non-refundable items

​

​Gift cards, promotional vouchers, and deposits for move-in/move-out or deep cleans are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date above. Your continued use of our site and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
