While we primarily schedule appointments in advance, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. We do our best to accommodate same-day cleaning requests based on our team's availability. However, we can't guarantee same-day service. For the best chance of securing a same-day appointment, please call our office as early as possible. Additional fees may apply for urgent, same-day services.
Yes, cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice are fully refundable. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the deposit or be subject to a fee. For full details, please visit out Refund Policy page.
